JOB PURPOSE: Ensures the accuracy of data and tools to support Growth Department Outcomes. 


  • Assures Quality of Growth and Marketing Materials by:

    • Preparing, compiling and sorting documents for data entry.

    • Transcribing source data into the required electronic format.

    • Performing high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.

    • Using formulas and macros to process and understand data

    • Verifying  integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

    • Reviewing data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolving any discrepancies.

    • Maintaining  a filing system and protecting confidential customer information.

    • Responding to requests to retrieve data from software systems or electronic filing systems.

  • Coordinates Inbound Sales leads by

    • Receiving, qualifying, reaching out to and following up on inbound leads over phone, email and chat, callbacks

    • Coordinating meetings for inbound lead handoff to Account Executives

    • Updating CRM with effective notes according to the process outlined by the business 

    • Partnering with Account Management team to transfer client support requests in a timely manner

  • Assists with Conference and Event Administration by

    • Coordinating print jobs with production for samples that sales team will use at conferences and other events

    • Compiling and shipping conference materials

    • Receiving and stocking conference materials

    • Working with engineering team to maintain conference robot(s)

Reporting To: Director of Growth

Compensation: $17-$20 per hour
