We are currently seeking a Mechanic Shop Foreman to become an integral part of our team!

The Mechanic Shop Foreman position will be responsible of supervising and overseeing the auto technicians team during the diagnosis and repair process of vehicles, always maintaining integrity, ethics, and a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work in accordance with the company policies and standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Plan, assign, review and supervise the work of Auto Technicians

Help Auto Technicians with escalated issues or difficult tasks

Performs skilled Technician duties

Monitors repair time

Maintains strict adherence to companys policies on vehicle care and operations

Completes story / notes and / or documentation for repair orders

Understands and utilizes company s systems and processes

Adheres to safety requirements and standards

Keeps work area clean and tidy

Attends company s mandatory training

Understands and follows Federal, States and local regulations such as disposal of hazardous wastes

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Automotive Master ASE Certification and advanced level

Must have a valid driver s license

Experience diagnosing and recondition preowned cars at a dealership

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years experience on a supervisor position

Minimum 7 years mechanic experience at an advanced level

Strong leadership skills

Available to work Saturdays, late shift and overtime

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
