Job Summary (Full details and employment application are available at www.CCharitiesCC.org) The Senior Vice President of Operations is a senior management position within Catholic Charities. This position facilitates the attainment of Catholic Charities' mission and related strategic planning goals and organizational objectives. The position is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs in support of people in need. The position will lead two program vice presidents and five directors (with a program staff of 41 people) in multiple program areas throughout the 10-county service area of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, in addition to the Operations Support Administrator. Responsible for leadership, training, and development of paid and unpaid staff to fulfill strategic and operational goals and objectives. Promotes a climate of trust, continuous process improvement, excellence in service delivery, dynamic stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive risk prevention.
Qualifications MBA or similar advanced degree in management/organizational management, nonprofit administration, or business administration. Bachelor's Degree in management/organizational management, business administration, nonprofit administration, or other acceptable related human services field with significant experience acceptable. Minimum 10 years of professional experience overall, and minimum 5 years of senior-leadership experience supervising seasoned staff operating human services programs or other client-focused programs. Strong relationship builder/communicator with experience leading diverse work teams, developing an organization-wide strategy for program excellence, engaging community partners, and partnering with a CEO and board of directors.
