Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description

A well established and growing company is looking for a motivated person with excellent communication skills, and outgoing personality to help with day to day office/ administrative work.
The candidate should have a great work ethic and excellent customer care skills. Computer skills including Word, Excel and fast typing skills are required.
The candidate is responsible for receiving and directing the calls and is responsible for managing the contracts, invoices and paper work required for the sales and execution of the jobs.
The candidate also helps in calculating the hours and making the payroll is preferred but not required. If you have great educational background without experience, we will train you on the job.

A verifiable previous work experience of at least 2 years in similar position is preferred but not required.
