Position requires U.S. citizenship. Job purpose: The Production Control Analyst will support QinetiQ North America's Maritime Systems production and life cycle support programs. The Maritime Production Control Analyst will ensure that customer delivery requirements are successfully planned, supported and executed. They will be responsible for analyzing program requirements to ensure that there will be sufficient material and manpower coordinated to support the delivery requirements. Will generate and analyze material procurement metrics to identify issues early and develop strategies to mitigate impacts to product delivery schedules. This individual will ensure that the production schedule supports the program requirements by troubleshooting material and resource shortages. Serve as the Program Office's primary liaison with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, etc.

Key responsibilities and account abilities: 1. Achieve program goals by ensuring that program production requirements are properly supported by manpower and materials. 2. Identification of product delivery issues and responsible for mitigation's such as material expediting, crashing production schedule, removing obstacles and solving problems as required. 3. Making sure production inventory is appropriately maintained to meet delivery requirements 4. Establish, manage, and achieve Key Performance Metrics for the team to utilize for continuous monitoring of production progress in order to maximize efficiency and overcome obstacles. 5. Coordinate material planning/purchasing activity and Inventory management drive material expediting needed to meet production requirements. 6. Analyze and summarize operating results and prepare recommendations to improve production performance. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 7 years experience in DoD electro-mechanical production environment 2. Bachelor's degree 3. Must have a can-do mindset and demonstrate the ability to listen and think critically. 4. Must have strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex production and material control problems. 5. Must have demonstrated positive leadership skills with team building. Required Skills MS Office - Must have MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills at intermediate level. Excellent People Skills - Must be capable of influencing people with different backgrounds and priorities in order to achieve objectives Material Requirements Planning - experience with MRP systems Desired Skills APICS and/or CPIM certification preferred. Experience with Navy LRIP and/or FRP programs. Development and Maintenance of Logistics Management Information (LMI) in accordance with MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-PRF-49506.
