With a growing 4 state service area of 450,000+ and an upcoming retirement, the incoming Pediatrician will take over a large patient panel and be busy right away. This is a traditional practice following your patients into the hospital with a management call schedule of 1:11 sharing rounds and after hours call in a 10 room Pediatric wing.
