Our client is a rapidly growing company focused on site reliability and troubleshooting of Asset Condition Monitoring Systems. Our client has a permanent opportunity for PdM Manager to be based out of Lake Charles, LA.

JOB SUMMARY

The PdM Manager will oversee the efficient execution of services in alignment with customer schedules and requirements. This role requires expertise in Vibration Analysis, Motion Amplification, and Ultrasonic lubrication, with a focus on ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a robust mechanical background, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of PdM experience.
  • 5+ years of direct management experience.
  • ISO Category III preferred.
  • 3+ years of field service management experience.
  • Ensure timely execution of services according to customer schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate installation of transducers and configuration of monitoring systems.
  • Monitor site safety protocols during service execution.
  • Oversee compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Manage the timely completion of service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative tasks.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
