Job Description

Kids Connection is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits
  • Greet and check-in patients in a warm professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing
  • Collect patient payments and handle financial transaction
  • Maintain patient records and update patient information as needed
  • Assist with treatment coordination and patient referrals
  • Collaborate with dental team to ensure optimal patient care

Location:

524 E Baseline Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85041

Hours:

Full-time 32+ per week

Monday through Friday

2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications:

  • Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
  • Duties will be increased with more experience
  • Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
  • Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using medical software
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processes
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual preferred
