On Site Property Manager

RCHDC is looking for enthusiastic, compassionate people interested in helping us build strong and healthy resident communities. Our Property Manager must have excellent people, time management, communications and computer skills. The ideal candidate should have Section 8, HUD, RD, LIHTC and property management subsidy experience, however we will train the right person. This position includes free housing and utilities. 

This position is a 30 hour per week position. The following benefits include:
