We provide clinical supervision (both group and individual), administrative support, an entire billing team, as well as a steady stream of referrals. 

Job Description:

At this time, we are looking to hire new clinicians that can work remotely. In the future, with safety as our number one priority, we will look for our remote clinicians to be fluid with the demand of our clients. We anticipate a future mix of remote and face-to-face counseling. We believe that the demand will likely evolve over the next 6-12 months

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be licensed as an LMSW in the state of New York,

Experience working with diverse populations

Must have high-speed internet access

Must have HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions

Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Documented 1-2 years of ***actual talk-counseling/psychotherapy experience*** NOTE: Case management, intake, triage, etc. -- these things are great for the category below, but they do not count here.

Documented minimum 2-4 years experience in mental health at-large (e.g., case management, intake, triage, etc.)

Strong clinical skills

Excellent verbal, written and technology skills required

Proven track record of effectively working autonomously is a must

Bilingual skills in English/Spanish, English/Cantonese or English/Mandarin a plus

Ability to fulfill timely documentation, productivity and administrative requirements of position.

Ability to maintain the normal standard of ethics, conduct and organization in job related activities.

Excellent assessment, Diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
