Position Type:  Part-time or Full-time, 15-40 hours / week (with Friday and Saturday availability)

Starting Pay Rate (depending on Experience and Performance):  $12.50 -- $15.00 (depending on experience and availability)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting all Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards and food preparation
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
  • Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
  • Understand all aspects of Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence and Creating Emotional Connections
