The Role

The Impound Manager will assist senior management coordinating with multiple departments and/or individuals, providing support to the repo remarketers daily operations and the asset recovery team.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

  • Manage impound asset recovery team.
  • Assist in channel determinations for Repo units.
  • Assist in clearing floorplan provider audits.
  • Manage repossessed vehicles aging.
  • Provide knowledge and support in regard to remarketing results cross departmentally.
  • Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy and completeness; update information and/or evaluate against policy; compare elements for consistency or logical relationship, etc.
  • Coordinate the Companys repossessions through external agencies by negotiating, scheduling, and contracting with qualified agencies to ensure timely asset delivered or redemption from current customer.

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, scanner, printer, 10-key.
  • Basic to intermediate excel skills such as (save, print, cope, sort, delete, basic math functions.)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision making and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Knowledge of used vehicle market and distribution systems
