Chick-fil-A Lansdowne Station is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant serving the Baltimore area. We offer a positive, team-based work environment which supports and encourages team members to grow as individuals and maximize their talents and treasures.

We are looking for new (Morning) Team Members who have a positive attitude, a willingness to smile and make eye contact, are friendly and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, and interact with guests in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Hospitality Team Member

Hospitality Team Members perform guest service duties including, but not limited to: greeting guests, taking guest orders, completing accurate register transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment and much more. Team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members possess a positive attitude and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate Must be able to:

  • Operate a computerized cash register, handle money and complete transactions accurately. 
  • Have excellent communication and decision-making skills and able to multi-task.
  • Be friendly and outgoing.
  • Smile and Make Direct Eye Contact when speaking with others.
  • Remain calm under stressful situations.
  • Provide a ReMarkable guest experience.
  • Work in a team environment and on their own.
  • Exhibit personal attributes such as: consistency and reliability, genuinely positive and cheerful attitude and value teamwork.
  • Maintain punctual and dependable attendance as scheduled.
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
  • Consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Have a servant's heart.
  • Give their best at all times.
