We are seeking a motivated and personable park manager with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a positive attitude. This position provides a bi-weekly salary plus additional paid opportunities on sales of park homes.
Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation and be the authority figure in the community.
Computer skills required (Microsoft office, Rent Manager, Campground Manager/Astra & Internet). 3 Year property management experience and be an effective communicator. Must be available to perform general receptionist duties on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 30 lbs as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the park maintenance team to keep up park's appearance. Collect rent and the effective enforcement of park rules and regulations. Assist with marketing efforts to sell homes. Make bank deposits. Maintain organized resident files and follow all applicable safety procedures. Working with outside vendors (repairmen, utility companies, etc.).
