Full Time Maintenance

We are looking to employ a full-time maintenance position with an individual that has outstanding knowledge of building trades, marina, cleaning procedures and maintenance. With this job a CDL is not required but it is preferred.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Mowing of all common areas
• Weed eating all areas of the park as needed
• Operation and maintenance of commercial pool(s)/spa
• Maintain exterior of all buildings, common areas, shrubs, flower beds, recreational facilities, etc. on a routine basis
• Spray, fertilize & herbicide application as needed
• Repair of water & sewer lines as needed
• Trimming and/or removal of trees within the park as needed
• Occasional inside building maintenance/cleaning as assigned
• Perform preventative maintenance of all equipment on a routine basis
• Keep vehicles, shop, and all other work areas clean
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned
• Assist boaters with boat drops/lifts at Marina

Maintenance Requirements:

• Boat Lift/Marina Experience
• Able to work with a maintenance team
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Great time management skills.
