CRC (Coverage, Relationships, Creativity)
Coverage: Every Tech Director who has Apple devices in your region knows, loves, and trusts us. You have many of the tech directors cell phone numbers and you can text them on any given day to check in. You are viewed as a friend and confidant, not as a vendor . You know what accounts are a 1:1 Apple, you know the Apple refresh opportunities, potential flips away from Apple to Chrome.
Collaborate with your team to gain traction in all areas of your region.
Map out the states that you must break into, which states are AE states, and which are DP states of focus for that year.
Relationships: Focus on making each customer experience world class and ensure that the client becomes an SLM customer for life. Give them the best experience possible and go above and beyond. People remember how you make them feel! Make them feel like a superstar!
Establish relationships with the AFS (Apple Financial Services) teams in your areas.
Understand who your customers for life are and replicate that in other states.

Device Cost and Quota
All actions should be geared toward achieving your quota each day.
Understand the buy prices and ensure you are at or below the buy prices as much as possible throughout the year.
LMA your AE's towards delivering part of the quota each year.
Identify and create a plan for all K-12.
Know and establish a relationship with all K-12 Apple reps and Regional Managers in K-12 for Apple.
Develop a strategy for your entire region, K-12, High Education and Enterprise accounts.
Create a plan for your annual trade shows and dinners.
Create a regional strategy and adhere to it each week on how to execute against your number on how many meetings, cold calls, and quotes.
Review your strategy and revise it each month.
Analyze what is working in High Education and Enterprise.
Help, teach, and train what we do, how we do it, so we can all be working towards the common goal of our annual number.

Education and Experience:
Degree or certificate in business administration or any related field.
At least five years or more of related experience required.
Capability to function in a high- paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Travel may be required as needed.
