Dental Assistant- Park City

Our General Dental practice is seeking an amazing full-time Dental Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities 

• Welcome and greet patients  
• Update and maintain patient records 
• Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients
• Schedule patient appointments 
• Present treatment to patients 
• Assist clinicians during dental procedures 
• Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed 
• Prepare operatories for patient visits 

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Certified according to state regulations 
• X-ray Certified 
• Ability to move fast 

Education and Experience 

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Basic knowledge of practice management software 
• X-Ray Certified (depending on state) 
• 2+ years in dental assisting is preferred but not required 
• Able to take impressions 
• CEREC Knowledge and ability to image and design restorations 

Physical Demands 

• Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms 
• Is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. 
• Has the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus. 
• Sometimes moves boxes and files weighing up to 25 pounds across the office for various needs 

**Hourly rate below does not include large monthly bonus!
