Job Description

Our team is searching for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with onboarding, client account reviews, and technical support around our products and services.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during the client's lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries timely and accurate via email, video, or website chat
  • Lead onboarding workshops and guide clients through the onboarding process
  • Evaluate and interpret Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising performance with the client based using the report they are automatically emailed as a guide
  • Notify the correct advertising team when clients request adjustments to their targeting, budget, or marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Update internal software, HubSpot & Slack, with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers for the support team
  • Monitor customer feedback and support queries on social media, create a ticket in HubSpot and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform clients about new features, functionalities, and updates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Create and/or update support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Handle low-level Stripe billing issues and account cancellations
  • Identify and report product or service malfunctions, issues, errors, etc.
  • Assist in training junior-level customer support representatives
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
