Position Summary

ACT Customer Support Agents assist customers by receiving inbound customer service calls for assistance with billing inquiries, service requests, and/or fraud protection on their accounts. Call Center Customer Advocates are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service and production goals. Call Center Agents also use their excellent communication and interpersonal skills with every contact to provide world-class customer service.

Minimum Qualifications for a Customer Support Agent:

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check

Clear and concise verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport over the telephone

Data entry and basic computer skills
