Job Description and Duties
The Catering Director will assist the Operations Director in the administration of the Chick-fil-A Lansdowne Station Catering Program.
An Ideal Catering Director possess positivity and diligence, effectively execute every catering order with excellence and act as ambassadors for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction. They are mature and people-oriented with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills including the ability to multitask and think outside the box.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee all catering transactions to ensure customer expectations are met.
Answering phones and taking new orders within the store.
Documenting and communicating future orders to Kitchen and Front of House Leaders.
Preparing and staging all packaged items for catering orders.
Politely and professionally interacting with catering customers in person and on the phone.
Maintaining the catering spreadsheet tracker.
Keeping inventory of catering supplies / informing Kitchen Director of supply needs.
Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on fulfillment of all catering orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure an exemplary experience.
Deliveries and assist with outside events as needed.
Assist with in store operational needs when necessary.
Identifying and analyzing a target market
Develop and enhance relationships with guests
Exposure to business connections and networking
This position requires 25-30 hours per week (Saturday availability is a must)!
Pay $17.50 - 19.50 per hour!
