Symes Cadillac located in Pasadena, CA is seeking an experienced and professional Call Center Agent to join their Business Development Team!. Automotive experience is not required, but call center experience is preferred.
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle both inbound and outbound scripted calls and appointment setting for service customers. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a go-getter attitude, PLEASE APPLY!
Schedule and confirm service appointments for any customers experiencing mechanical problems or maintenance issues.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers after repair has been completed.
Make outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership for recalls, maintenance, vehicle service specials.
Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed service appointments.
Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, declined services and recall campaigns.
Log customer information and purify the customer database
Call Center and sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident and self-motivated personality
Must be energetic and enthusiastic
Must be process-driven, coachable, and trainable
Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals--and earning bonuses!
Strong computer and Internet skills.
Must have reliable transportation and successfully pass a drug test and background check.
