We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to sell our corporate products and services to business establishments over email and phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and excellent communication skills.
Identify and compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads using a variety of sources including ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, online research, business directories, and other sources.
Follow up with potential and existing customers through outbound calls and emails to qualify leads, promote products, and close sales.
Handle inbound sales calls to convert leads into sales.
Address technical and business-related objections of prospective customers, and highlight product features, pricing, and credit terms.
Prepare sales orders for orders obtained and maintain accurate sales records in our computer database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and liaise with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and records up to date.
Attend trade shows and other events to promote products and services.
Provide reports on business meetings as needed.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment, is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general Windows navigation is required.
