Job Description: 

We currently are hiring for an assistant manager in our Blue Springs, MO location.  This position will assist in managing and growing this satellite rent-to-own store.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Receiving and controlling inventory.
  • Supervising and route planning for drivers.
  • Opening and closing stores on a daily basis.
  • Making daily bank deposits.
  • Responsible for sales, collections, and deliveries.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in the rent-to-own industry.
  • Some management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized individual.

Job Perks:     

  • Starting pay:  $12.00 per hour, paid weekly.
  • 5-day work week, no Sundays.
