Appraisal Coordinators have multiple options for both personal and professional growth. Appraisal Coordinators are involved in all aspects of the Appraisal Management Lifecycle including: 

  • Coordinate comfortably in a past faced, high volume work environment; constant contact with mortgage broker and/or appraiser via phone and electronic communication 

  • Coordinate the appraisal lifecycle along several benchmarks to ensure we delight our partners  

  • Communicating with clients and appraisers to facilitate order processing, assignments, inspections and revision completions 

  • Navigate participants throughout the product lifecycle, delivering proactive solutions, mitigating and resolving issues 

  • Being self-motivated and considerate 

  • Cultivate and execute our mission to deliver exceptional experiences for our team, partners and through results 

  • Responsible for developing relationships and building trust with colleagues, appraisers and clients 

We are looking for people who have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and problem solving

  • Possess exemplary judgment; the ability to accept responsibility, safeguard confidential information and knowledge 

  • Must be able to type 40+ WPM (validated through a typing test) 

  • Must be tech savvy with strong software skills and experience navigating multiple platforms 

  • College degree from an accredited school, preferred 

  • 1-5 years professional experience, preferred 

Hours and Location: 

  • 40 hrs. a week: Monday-Friday either 8:00am - 4:30pm, 10:00am - 6:30pm, 11:30am - 8:00pm 

  • Must be able to work any shift between 8:00am - 8:00pm

  • You will have a set schedule that will be assigned by the end of your training week based on business needs
