POSITION SUMMARY

This role will provide administrative support to the sales team and manage communication on behalf of our Sun Valley location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet customers and answer inquiries; manage visitor log
  • Manage all incoming calls, mail, and digital correspondence
  • Ensuring timely order placement and receipt of orders to satisfy clients' purchasing requirements.
  • Timely order entry, processing and receipt of products.
  • Send and receive correspondence.
  • Maintain files and create spreadsheets.
  • Assist in various daily office operations such as sending emails, scheduling freight, and processing purchase orders.
  • Transportation and set up for orders, preparing bills of lading, tracking/tracing orders once shipped, updating order board to reflect current status of orders.
  • Daily invoicing outgoing order for clients and uploading signed receipt/delivery documents to Stone Profits System order files.
  • Maintaining supplier, vendor and customer files.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent word processing and data entry skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Professional, business appropriate, phone etiquette.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of related office administrative experience.
